• Prof and HOD Urology & Renal Transplantation, Sri Ramachandra Medical College, Chennai
• Published 60 articles and edited 4 books • He is the President of Medical Computer Society of India • He is the President Elect of Nephrology, Urology & Transplantation Society of SAARC countries • Convener of Indian Transplant registry of ISOT
• He is a visiting professor at Christian Medical College Hospital, Vellore, Sri Venkateswara University Medical College, Tirupathi & Manipal University, Manipal, Karnataka.
• He has served in the southern states of India and also gained experience in UK, Canada, Saudi Arabia & Kuwait. • He has 156 publications to his credit & has contributed to 13 books. He has made 81 presentation in regional & international conferences. • He is founder trustee of TANKER foundation, which provides subsidised haemodialysis treatment to underpreviledged patients. • He has setup a sister establishment, Kerala Kidney Research Foundation Kottayam, Kerala. • He has been conferred the “International Distinguished Medal in Nephrology for 2003” by National Kidney Foundation, America.

• Mrs. Lalitha has over 25 years of experience in social work and hospital management. She was an Administrator of L.V. Prasad Eye Institute, Executive Director of Eye Bank Association of India, and India Country Head of a Canadian NGO “Operation Eyesight Universal”. Mrs. Raghuram was instrumental in starting MOHAN Foundation’s activities in Hyderabad in 2002, along with like-minded professionals.
• Mrs. Raghuram has received “Best Medical Social Worker” Award and “Prevention of Blindness” Award from A.P. State Ophthalmological Society in 2001. • In 2004, Mrs. Raghuram tragically lost her 19 year old son, Swamy Narayan, in a fatal car accident and was declared brain dead. The couple donated all his organs like kidneys, liver and eyes, giving a new lease of life to five patients. • Mr. and Mrs. Raghuram recently received the CNN IBN’s “Real Heroes” Award instituted by CNN IBN and Reliance Industries. They received a trophy and a cash award of Rs. 5 Lakhs, which they have donated to MOHAN Foundation.
• She has been associated with MOHAN Foundation since 1998.
• She did her M.B.B.S from Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad after which she completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital Management. • She is also the editor of the Indian Transplant Newsletter – a publication from MOHAN Foundation focusing on organ donation and transplant programme in India and abroad. • As Course Director, she travels across India training transplant coordinators and educating the community about the organ donation. • She is also the Principal of MOHAN Foundation-IGNOU Community College
• Mr. K. Raghuram has over 15 years’ experience in the hospital industry. He has worked at LV Prasad Eye Institute, Apollo Hospitals and Global hospitals as Hospital Administrator and General Manager respectively.
• He worked as the Chief Executive Officer of MOHAN Foundation for seven years. • During the last seven years, he has been instrumental in counseling more than 250 families, and successfully motivated 104 family members for organ donation and distributed 190 kidneys, 73 livers, 9 hearts, 52 heart valves and 1 pancreas and over 260 eyes. • Mr. Raghuram has been a catalyst in training over 50 transplant coordinators in Hyderabad. • Mr. Raghuram worked as the General Manager of Kamineni Hospitals, Hyderabad.
Current Positions
Director, Darshan Eye Clinic, Chennai Consultant, Vasan Eye Care Hospital, Chennai. Member, Editorial Board, Journal of Neuro-ophthalmology Asia Co-ordinator for Neuro-ophthalmology, Scientific Program Committee, Asia-Pacific Academy of Ophthalmology Dr Navin Jayakumar schooled at La Martiniere for Boys, Kolkata. He completed his medical studies at Madras Medical College and Regional Institute of Ophthalmology, Chennai, and did his ophthalmology fellowship at Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh. He trained in the superspeciality of neuro-ophthalmology at renowned centres in USA including with Dr Neil Miller at the Wilmer Eye Institute, Johns Hopkins Hospital, USA. He was Head of Department of Neuro-ophthalmology at Sankara Nethralaya till 2005. In 2005 he was invited by The Chinese University of Hong Kong to help establish a Department of Neuro-Ophthalmology. He was also Honorary Professor of Ophthalmology at the Shantou Medical University, People’s Republic of China. During this period he also taught state-of-the-art cataract surgery aboard the Lifeline Express, a charitable eye hospital on wheels, in remote areas in China and was recognized by Hong Kong’s Action for Vision Foundation in 2006 for his work in alleviating cataract blindness there. Dr Navin Jayakumar was an invited faculty, speaker, and chairperson at the Neuro-ophthalmology Symposium at the 2008 World Ophthalmology Congress, being the only neuro-ophthalmologist from India to be invited. He is a reviewer for the international journal Neuro-ophthalmology, and is the Asia Coordinator for the Neuro-ophthalmology sessions at the Asia Pacific Academy of Ophthalmology Meetings since 2009. In 2010 he was invited to become a member of the editorial board of the world’s premier scientific publication in his speciality, the Journal of Neuro-ophthalmology, published in USA. He is the first and only Indian to be invited to this position.

Mr. Veerapandian is currently serving the Madras School of Social Work as Assistant Professor of Psychology at the department of Counselling Psychology. Mr. Veerapandian was trained in Psychology from the Presidency College, Chennai and completed M.phil in Professional Psychology from University of Madras. He has passion for teaching and began his career as lecturer in psychology at Apollo College of Nursing, Chennai, and served as Lecturer, Visiting Faculty in various paramedical institutions in Chennai. He also has worked as Research Assistant and then Research Associate in the field of health, particularly in the field of HIV/AIDS, during which time he developed interest in qualitative research methodology and had gone to the extent of equipping himself as faculty for the programmes conducted by IndiaCLEN, Samarth, and CMC, Vellore collaborative workshops on “Qualitative Research Methods” & “Instrument Development”. He was instrumental in the development of Follow – Up Counselling Toolkit Training Modules (FUC TOOLKIT/Now, renamed as Positive Prevention Tool Kit - PPTK) for Counsellors working in the field of HIV/AIDS, and now being recognized as a consultant and facilitator in the implementation of PPTK throughout India. He is an invited speaker in schools, Colleges, Organizations on topics such as Parenting, Personality Development, and Stress Management. He is also one of the founder members of Samarth, Chennai (an NGO committed to research).
• Prof Surya, a dual masters in economics, pursuing her doctoral research and a certified Barefoot Counselor, is a Life Skills Coach. Ms Surya, with a versatile experience spanning over 25 years is a passionate speaker involved in several training projects for the corporate and at college levels.
• Employee Engagement, Dynamic Relationships @ work, Leaders – Think out-of-the-box, Art of Change Management, Chaos and Success, are some of the value-enhancing modules that she and her team do at the corporate. • Admission process has been her forte wherein she enumerates student feedback on precise SWOT analysis twinned with subjectivity. She has designed templates for customer-correspondence and other literature for multinational banks. • Positive thinking has been one of her popular modules at several parent-teacher meets of prominent schools. Her assertive skills modules have won accolades all over. Placement Grooming packages that start with a Psychometric test followed by resume writing to Aptitude tests, Group Discussions and Interviews have resulted in value addition to many a participant. • She has been successfully handling courses like HR-OB, Corporate Communication, Behavioral Sciences, Business Communication, and Business English at several B-Schools of Chennai. • The ALPS is a People Skills Consulting Firm that provides generic and boutique services to the corporate, colleges and schools in the field of soft skills, life skills and people skills.
